  • Yes! We think it is important for our patients to have access to their doctor wherever they are. This is why Ohana Pediatrics is proud to offer Telemedicine appointments for our families. Whether you are at home or on vacation, we can evaluate your child straight from your computer or mobile device. Appointments are scheduled during normal office hours. Please note there are some limitations to the examination with telemedicine evaluations and an in-person visit may be recommended after your telemedicine appointment to further assess your child. Medication prescriptions are at the full discretion of the physician based on your child’s symptoms and exam.

  • Ohana Pediatrics follows the recommendations provided by the CDC and American Board of Pediatrics. We do not accept patients who refuse to vaccinate.

  • To honor our patients who have scheduled appointments, we do not accept walk-ins. However we understand emergencies do happen and will prioritize your child in the unfortunate event of an emergency. Emergency walk-ins will be subjected to an additional fee to your co-pay.

  • Yes! We perform ear piercings for babies, kids, and teens. Minimum age requirement is 2 months (2 weeks after first set of vaccines). Piercings are performed by a board-certified pediatrician who has been trained in sterile and technique and wound management. We only use medical grade plastic and medical grade titanium that has been FDA approved. These materials eliminate the concern for a potential contact allergy. Your health and safety is of utmost importance to us which is why we use single-use disposable cartridges to reduce the risk of infection during the ear-piercing process. In addition, we use longer and wider studs to allow optimal healing and an easier transition when it is time to change earrings.
